Having our own chapels and facilities, ensures you have the opportunity to control all aspects of the service provisions. We want your family and friends to have all the time needed to carry out the type of funeral you want.

Chapel

Seats 90 guests with additional standing room for 30 people. The chapel can also accommodate private viewings.

Audio Visual

Available to play music and show photos and videos to commemorate your loved one.

Arrangement Rooms

A private and comfortable space to meet our funeral directors.

Parking

Our on-site car park has 22 available spots, with additional parking available in nearby streets.

Accessible

Our facility is accessible by wheelchair and other mobility aids.

Reflection Lounge

That can accommodate up to 70 people for after funeral events.

Natalie Cardenas

Natalie is the Location Manager at GHM Wynnum and began her role as a Funeral Director in 2022, seeking a meaningful career that brought her personal fulfilment. With degrees in Asian Studies and Arts, she brings a deep appreciation for culture, tradition and creativity, which she channels into supporting families during some of life’s most difficult times. Her experience singing at funerals since the age of 17 shaped her strong connection to this work.

What she values most is forming genuine connections with families, guiding them with kindness and empathy. Natalie finds great purpose in honouring each unique life through thoughtful, personalised ceremonies.

Outside of work, she enjoys walking by the ocean, meditating, and spending time in nature. She also loves family time with her four children, playing games and watching films together. Natalie is the lead singer of Simplicity, a band performing across Brisbane, including charity events and aged care concerts. She also dances weekly and takes part in stage shows.

She adores Wynnum’s vibrant bayside lifestyle and its close-knit community. For Natalie, every funeral is remarkable, it reflects deep love and honours the singular journey of each individual.
