Most of our locations have an on-site chapel which you’re welcome to use – the cost is included in our fee. However, you do not need to hold the service in our chapel. We have organised services in churches, parks, beaches and a wide range of alternative venues. We’ll work with you to plan a funeral that reflects your loved one's wishes.

Yes. Through our partner, Guardian Plan, you can pay upfront or make a 30% deposit and then monthly instalments over 12, 24 or 36 months. Any remaining balance is settled when the funeral is arranged.
If you move, your plan can usually be transferred to another provider within our nationwide network. We can help update the location of your service. Simply let us know if your circumstances change.
Not at all. You can plan as much or as little as you wish. Whether you’d like to record every detail or simply outline your preferences, we’ll note your wishes and honour them later.
Your funds are securely held until the funeral is carried out. They are invested by the Over Fifty Guardian Friendly Society Limited, which uses expert investment managers and is regulated by APRA.
