Outside of work, Veronica enjoys cooking and entertaining, crocheting and knitting, watching films, and writing letters to her grandchildren. She’s also passionate about travel, her time in Italy and Germany sparked a love for exploring new cultures and cuisines, and she hopes to continue discovering more of the world.
Veronica feels privileged to serve the communities of Redcliffe and Bribie Island. Redcliffe’s hardworking, generous locals inspire her daily, while Bribie’s untouched beaches and small-town charm offer a quiet magic she deeply appreciates.
