Meet Michelle
Supporting families through the loss of a loved one, no matter their age, has always been a profound passion of mine. After experiencing the heartbreaking loss of my own daughters, I developed an even deeper understanding of how vulnerable and overwhelming grief can be. This personal journey has shaped the way I care for others, giving me a genuine commitment to walking beside families during their most difficult moments.
For many years, I dreamed of becoming a Funeral Director, and eventually I took a leap of faith to follow that calling. I am incredibly grateful to the team at George Hartnett Metropolitan Funerals, who welcomed me with open arms and have been an amazing, supportive group to work with. Being entrusted with the role of the local Funeral Director on Bribie Island is something I hold with great honour.
Since joining both the team and the Bribie Island community, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many families with compassion, respect, and heartfelt guidance. I have lived in Beachmere for 21 years, and being part of this region is something I value deeply.
