Yvonne, Location Manager and Funeral Director, joined the funeral profession in 2022 after the heartbreaking loss of her young niece, inspired her to help others navigate grief with empathy and support. Originally from the UK and living in Australia since 2004, she values the opportunity to care for families within the community she proudly calls home.
Jacinta, Funeral Director, finds great meaning in guiding families through the funeral planning process, particularly those experiencing loss for the first time. She is passionate about listening to what matters most and helping create personalised farewells, that truly reflect each person's life, values and story.
Living and working in Albany Creek, both Yvonne and Jacinta value the strong sense of community and connection the area offers. What do you like about being a funeral arranger?
Supporting families at their most vulnerable time. I value being someone families can rely on during one of the hardest times in their lives. Being able to guide them calmly, clearly and with compassion makes a real difference to how they experience grief in those early days.
What do you like about your local area?
A strong sense of community. I live and work in Albany Creek, and it feels like a place where people still know one another, look out for each other, and genuinely care. There’s a strong sense of community here, particularly during times when support matters most.
What makes your brand special?
A calm, welcoming environment. Families often comment on how comfortable and reassuring my branch feels. It’s a space where people can slow down, feel supported, and make decisions without pressure.

What do you like about being a funeral arranger?
Supporting families during one of the most difficult and vulnerable times in their lives is incredibly meaningful to me. Many families have never experienced the loss of a loved one before and are often unsure of where to begin. I take great pride in being able to guide and support them through every step of the process with knowledge, empathy, and kindness.
The trust families place in me during such an important time is one of the greatest honours I can receive. I am committed to exceeding expectations and ensuring each family feels heard, supported, and cared for. Listening to what matters most to them allows me to help create a meaningful and personalised farewell that truly reflects their loved one’s life.
What do you like about your local area?
Albany Creek is a peaceful and welcoming community that I am proud to both live and work in. One of the things I value most is the strong sense of connection within the local area.
It is not uncommon to see families I have previously supported while out and about in the community. Being able to stop, say hello, and check in on how they are doing is something I genuinely appreciate. It also reassures families that I remain available to provide support whenever they may need it.
