Facilities at Our Aspley Funeral Home

The facilities in Metropolitan Funerals in Aspley include:

• A welcoming chapel that seats 85 people and has additional standing room in the Portico. The chapel can also be used for private viewings
• There are plasma screens in the chapel that you can use to play music and show photos during the service
• A refreshment area that can accommodate up to 70 people for after funeral refreshments
• Two arrangement rooms which provide you with both privacy and comfort when meeting with your funeral director

Parking is available at our funeral home carpark for 48 cars with additional parking available on Brickfield Road. Our funeral home is accessible for visitors in wheelchairs and with other mobility aids.

Meet Penny Taylor - Location Manager, Metropolitan Funerals Aspley

Penny is well known in the local community and the funeral industry, having been a Location Manager since 2005 and starting out in the industry in New Zealand in 2000.

What she loves most about her role is the difference she can make to her families… "you play the same important role with every family but the people you meet make every day so different". She sees the importance of meeting their needs and the needs for their loved one.
