How long have you been a funeral arranger?
I’ve been with the business for over 2 years, working in roles from funeral arranging to coordinating operations. My husband Caleb, the previous GHM Cleveland Manager, inspired me to join the industry.
What do you like about being a funeral arranger?
I find it incredibly rewarding to support families during their most challenging times, helping to personalize services and provide comfort. This role has given me a unique perspective on life and death.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I love spending time with my husband and our six daughters, exploring markets, and experimenting with new recipes, especially desserts. I also enjoy gardening and hope to have my own orchard someday.
What makes your brand special?
Our recently renovated location features state-of-the-art facilities, including a chapel and reflection lounge, making us the only funeral home in Redland City with these amenities. Our team is dedicated to innovation and personalization, ensuring every service is unique and meaningful.
Caleb made a really difficult time easy for us to navigate. As we went through the process of planning our Dad's funeral, he was supportive, compassionate and really helpful. He helped us plan a service that was authentically ’Dad’ which gave us moments to laugh in between the tears and felt like the perfect farewell for him. It’s not a service I want to have to use again anytime soon, but when I do, I would call Caleb…he is a man who does this job because he cares about people and helps them on the worst days of their lives, making it all seem a little more bearable.
